Sr Asstt of CCT office in vigilance net 8/12/2015 11:13:29 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Aug 12: In its continued drive against the menace of bribery, the special surveillance squad of Vigilance Organization Kashmir (VOK) caught a Senior Assistant of Commissioner Commercial Taxes office red handed while accepting graft. A Vigilance trap team under the supervision of SSP Vigilance Altaf Ahmad Shah and headed by Dy SP Muneer Ahmad, caught red handed one Senior Assistant Gulshan Ahmad Itoo, of Commissioner Commercial Taxes office, resident of Nagam Chadoora, in presence of independent witness while demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs1200 from the complainant namely Aijaz Ahmad Sheikh of Panzan Chadoora District Budgam for issuance of passenger tax book of his 3 passenger vehicles. Accordingly a case FIR No.36/2015 u/s 5(1) (d) 5(2) P.C Act 2006 r/w 161 RPC has been registered at P/S VOK.
