Congress workers present memorandum to DC Samba 10/10/2015 12:17:56 AM Early Times Report vijaypur, Oct 9: Congress workers of Vijaypur under the leadership of Permjit Singh Pumma General Secretary Lok Sabha Constituency Jammu- Poonch today met the Deputy Commissioner Samba and presented a memorandum in which they demanded that the beef ban may be strictly enforced on ground in Samba District as the incidents of bovine animals smugglings from District Samba have been on the rise day by day. The congress workers cautioned the administration to take stern action against the bovine smugglers otherwise they will be constraint to adopt the agitational path. Later the delegation also met the S.S.P. Samba and also submitted him memorandum urging upon him to put a lid on the drugs smugglers who are instrumental to involve the youth prone to increased tendency of drug addiction as compared to the past.
