JK high on PM's agenda: Naqvi | | | Ishtiyaq Ahmad
Srinagar, Oct 9: Stating that Jammu and Kashmir is high on Prime Minister's agenda, Senior Bhartiya Janta Party leader and Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said that union government is making serious efforts to provide all possible help to the 2014 flood victims. "The developments of Jammu and Kashmir are very high on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's agenda. Government of India is with the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Prime Minister wants JK to be prosperous and peaceful. Our government is making serious efforts to provide all help to the 2014 flood victims," Abas Naqvi told Early Times from New Delhi. He said that people of the state must aware that when the flood hit Kashmir last year, the Prime Minister immediately gave the package. "I can say that to rebuild the state the union government is closely in touch with the state government," He said that the state has gone through many problems and difficulties. "PM wants it to be prosperous and peaceful now. PM's priority is to win the hearts of every citizen of this state through developments and I can tell you with the responsibility that people of J&K are strengthening the hands of PM Modi," he said,". |
