JAMMU, Nov 7 : On the eve of Mahavir Jyanti and closing ceremony of Jammu District Wrestling Champisionship at Jammu, World Renowned WWE International Wrestler, Daleep Singh ( Great Khali) will be visiting Jammu on 8th of November, 2015. The Championship was organised by J&K Wrestling Association under the aegis of J&K State Sports Council & J&K Olympic Association wherein near about 100 Wrestlers from different centres, Akharas and Schools participated in the Championship.
The Championship was innaugrated by Dushyant Sharma (Former President Wrestling Federation of India & President J&K Wrestling Association) while Guest of honour to Ajay Vaid (Secretary J&K Wrestling Association). The Championship was organized under the chairmanship of Pardeep Sharma, President Bajrangi Akhara. Moreover, the results of Jammu District Wrestling Championship held at Bajrangi Akhara, Shalamar, Jammu for today included, in the tough competition following Wrestlers reach Semi Final today : 50 Kgs : Joginder, Abhik Singh, Gorav & Rajinder Singh, 57 Kg : Amit Manhas, Sabar Hussain, Rajinder Singh & Sunil Singh, 61 Kg : Munner, Raman, Mohd. Asif & Rajinder. |
