RCE organises lectures 11/7/2015 11:43:33 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 7 : Ranjit College of Education held lectures on two sessions delivered by Er. Manmeet Singh Chairman RCE and Prof.(Dr) G.Q. Sheikh. Er. Manmeet Singh in his lecture on 'Time Management' stressed upon proper Utilization of time so that purpose of life is achieved and exemplified time by birth to death. He also stated every moment in life is precious; it should be meaningful and devotional. Dr. GQ Sheikh while speaking on RTE(2009) in another session, highlighted that RTE(2009) is an ACT of the parliament of India enacted on 4 August 2009 describing the modalities of the importance of free and compulsory education for children between 6-14 year age under article 21 A of the Constitution.
