JPS, ETTIA criticize JKBOSE on mass copying in ETT exams | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 7: Jammu Pvt. Schools & ETT Institutes Association (Progressive) criticized JK-BOSE on mass copying incident in government schools in Jammu. Association said such cases often surfaced during almost all JK-Board exams and mostly this all based on unholy nexus between Bose office and government school teaching staff, it added. It is surprising when highly paid employees of Bose & government schools' teachers greedily act fearlessly, it added. Sources reveal that Bose had to face the deteriorating trends since last more than twenty years due to its non serious monitoring rather an unwanted interference by the concerned state governments by appointing its shady imaged bosses, Association alleged. In presence of such shady bosses and time to time undue interference of state rulers/politicians BOSE always failed to develop needed mechanism for regaining its old image, it added. Simultaneously, shifting of Bose central office with state's durbar move is also responsible for its effective monitoring in one particular division because in absence of top bosses like its chairman and secretary, routine official working was just confined to its joint secretaries or district level officials, it added. |
