Teen electrocuted to death 11/14/2015 11:58:05 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Nov 14: A 16 year old boy today got electrocuted in Pohie of Kishtwar district while he was trying to climb the wall of house and came in contact with the high tension wire passing near his home. As per the details available with "Early Times", the identity of the deceased has been established as Shakir Hussain alias Jannu s/o Mohammad Amin Shah of Pohie Kishtwar. "The locals alleged that the teenage boy died due to negligence of the PDD department and demanded action against those involved behind the negligence that claimed the life of innocent youth, sources said. Sources added, "However soon after the incident took place, the family members and villagers shifted the teenager to District Hospital Kishtwar where doctors declared him as brought dead. Meanwhile Police have started proceedings under inquest proceedings i.e. u/s 174 CrPC and started further investigations.
