Shoulder press contest at KC Sports club 11/15/2015 12:11:58 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 14 : Shoulder Press work-out on a variety of Cybex machines is a favourite activity of most members of the Gym at KC Sports Club. It not only builds strength and stamina but also gives a fine shape to a person's physique. It was with a view to putting to test the efficiency, stamina and strength of the members of the Gym that a Shoulder Press Contest was organized at the Club today morning. Quite a few members took part in it with immense zeal. At the end, Vikas Ghai grabbed the Gold Medal by lifting 80 KG.
