JAMMU, Nov 14 : Rahul Chib bagged the junior snooker title beating Mandeep Singh in the final of the 23rd Jammu District Billiards and Snooker Championship underway at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here today. Rahul surprised the junior billiards title holder, Mandeep beating latter in straight frames of 46-41, 56-21, 66-47. Meanwhile, Jaideep Manocha and Sohail Khalid today made it to the final of the senior billiards event. In the semifinals, played today, Jaideep outplayed Vishal Abrol 3-1 (100-63, 102-99, 66-100, 101-48) while Sohail beat Kuldeep Sharma. Earlier, in a preliminary round match, Kuldeep defeated Gurjeev Singh 2-0 (100-50, 100-50).
Meanwhile, Aamir, Faisal and Owais today qualified for the next round of the junior snooker event in the District Srinagar Billiards and Snooker Championship.
