Chadha hails Mufti's decision of transfer of reigns to daughter 11/15/2015 12:16:09 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 14 : R K Chadha, former state Treasurer PDP and President Citizen's Forum welcomed CM Mufti Mohd Sayeed’s declaration that Mehbooba should take over the reign of the state is a deserving step. As per press release, Chadha said "We know how Mehbooba worked hard to strengthen the PDP. In early days of PDP's inception, Mufti Sahib used to work to garner the political support from the Centre, but it was Mehbooba who worked hard at ground level.
