Prof Jagbir Singh awarded by Army 2/16/2016 10:54:43 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 16: Chief Northern Command, Lt. Gen. D.S Hooda today awarded 38 Army officials and 15 civilians for their outstanding services in an investiture ceremony held at Udampur.
