KPC condemns Owaisi, Azad for 'obnoxious' statements | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 14: Condemning the remarks of AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi who stated today while addressing a public meeting that he would not chant the Bharat Mata Ki Jai even on the point of knife, the Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) expressed grave concern and shock on such irresponsible and ill conceived statement. KPC Chief Kundan Kashmiri said that the statement of AIMIM chief, who also happens to be Member of Parliament, lends support to anti-national elements and harms the interest of the nation. Kundan Kashmiri stated that Bharat Mata Ki Jai has nothing to do with the RSS, BJP or any other political party or religion, but it is very close to the hearts of every patriotic and nationalist Indian. Kundan Kashmiri also condemned senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad for comparing ISIS with RSS, who has been in parliament for such a long time and knows the status of RSS as well. This statement of Azad seems to be mischievous in nature and deliberately aimed to encourage the ISIS and their elements in India. It will encourage the anti-national elements and discourage the nationalist forces who are fighting the ISIS and their supporters, he added. Kundan Kashmiri said that Azad must remember that the ISIS is an international terrorist organization posing threat to the entire world but if he still have doubts about RSS he should spent a few days at their headquarter in Nagpur instead of staying in the coterie of Gandhi family. |
