Row between chairs: Xen RDD Ramban attached, AEE Gool transferred 'Tug of war' between officers complained by people forces deptt to take action 3/14/2016 11:27:41 PM Danish Muzafar Wani Early Times Report Banihal, Mar 14: believe it or not the people's voice still is heard and in a appropriate case the complaints about 'ongoing tussle within department' lodged by people working with MGNREGA forced higher authorities of the department to attach XEn incharge to Director Office Jammu and to transfer Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) Gool to Sunderbani. According to sources, the ongoing tussle between the in-charge XEn RDD Ramban and Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) Division Gool allegedly was putting locals at the loser's end and thus they complained that matter to MGNREGA higher authorities who in return have decided to attach XEn incharge to Director Office Jammu and Assistant Executive Engineer Gool to be transferred to Sunderbani. According to official sources, the department in order its order has mentioned that the XEn has been attached on some medical grounds while the AEE Javeed Iqbal posted in Gool has been transfer to Sunderbani in the interest of administration mentioned in the order. However sources maintained the XEn and AEE Gool has been transferred on complaint basis. "The sarpanchs of different Panchatays of Rajgarh Ramban and people working in MGNREGA in the department have alleged in past that XEn RDD AK Pargotra was not serious to pay their pending wages and neither have taken any fresh work in the area, official sources said. They added that recently some days ago the Sarpanchs and locals of Rajgarh Ramban have reportedly manhandled concerned XEN after they got agitated over the callous approach of authority towards their genuine demand of releasing pending payments despite of so many requests. It is pertinent to mention an FIR has also logged in PS Ramban at that time against the three Sarpanchs of the area. Later some awaken locals reported the matter to the higher authorities and the department took cognizance in this matter and in an order no 91 RD & PR of 2016 dtd 09-03-2016 issued by Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj attached the XEn incharge Ramban AK Pargotra to Director office Jammu. AEE Dleep Tickoo posted in Sunderbani has been transfer to I/C AEE Gool in the department and has also taken the extra charge of XEn Ramban till further orders.
