According to press release, the prorgame was begun on March 8, to equip the Scout Masters/Guide Captains with the latest trend. Techniques in Scouting, particularly, spiritual dimension of training Scouts, programme activities, Schemes of proficiency badges, Patrol pioneering, advance knowledge of pioneering, camp craft, programme planning, planning patrol and troop, how to prepare log book for proficiency badges, different skills activities were conducted in the course. |
