| A 'Capacity Building Training-cum-Workshop held | | | Rajouri, Mar 14 : A 'Capacity Building Training-cum-Workshop for Masters & Teachers of Mathematics' has been organised at PG College, Rajouri. On the the 4th day today Tanveer Mir Principal HSS Saj ,Babu Ram Sharma Sr. Lecture HSS Kandi and Zahour Ahmad Sheikh , National Resource Person NCERT, were the Key Resource Persons.
Tanvir Mir while delivering his lecture focused on the topic "Class room discussion and need of activities for motivation and strengthening children's understanding and interest.
"Schools shall be made an interesting place for teaching learning process and the teachers should involve certain pedagogical approaches to it as the activity based learning is of more importance in primary classes " said Tanveer Mir.
He added activities bring smartness and activeness among the students & education itself is the all round development of the child so we have to arrange several activities to develop students personalities.
