Jammu, Mar 27: People's Action and Public Accountability (PAPA) an NGO, while criticizing the cunning and greedy role of state congress leadership for sabotaging the adequate and pro public decision of Governor Administration related to supply of wheat on the CAPD stores instead of so-called flour i.e. "Infected Flour" packed by the corrupt nexus of millers and CAPD officials.
Even a child knows the procurement & storage standards of government agencies that just store the wheat unhygienic ally & supply the same infected moisturized wheat to the corrupt millers for converting & packing the same in shape of so-called "Atta", PAPA added. Corrupt political rulers are the culprit of sub-standard supply of food grains or atta to the innocent public at the cost of their health, it added.
PAPA also criticized the state administration for not utilizing the services of state information department for motivation of the unaware public. Is information department is merely mend for appeasing the corrupt political system? PAPA questioned. No doubt grinding of wheat is a problem for the public which can be settled by an announcement of government i.e. the wheat supply system is permanent and small grinding units are welcome for installation, it added.
Similarly, we shall insist for implementation of much delayed "Food Safety Act", PAPA stated. Once again this delay is deliberately managed by the nexuses of rulers & corrupt traders, PAPA alleged.
We appeal the Governor to please establish a permanent management in context of above said issues otherwise, public health is at total risk & within the grip of white colored killers, PAPA concluded. |
