Jammu, Mar 27: Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) termed the reaction of Hurriyat conference (G) over the logical and factual statement of Dr. Jitender Singh, MoS, PMO and senior BJP leader of J&K state that Kashmir is integral part of India, is Hippocratic, baseless, be-fooling and misleading the Kashmir Muslim masses for their selfish interests and keeping themselves recognized as so-called leaders of Kashmiri Muslim masses.
KPC President Kundan Kashmiri stated that Kashmir has never been forcibly occupied by the Indian nation and its forces, but under proper and legal accession made by then Maharaja Hari Singh, acknowledged and accepted by then recognized Kashmir Muslim mass leader Sheikh Abdullah on the approval and support of people of Kashmir. He said Kashmiri people had fully authorized Sheikh Abdullah to decide the future of Kashmiri Muslim Masses and to acknowledge the accession made by Maharajah to accede Kashmir with union of India. He said accords and accessions are not being made again and again that too on the whims and wishes of a few selfish and so--called leaders of Kashmiri Muslims. KPC Chief Kundan Kashmiri also said that Hurriyat has no right to talk on behalf of entire people of J&K state, when they hardly represents a group of pro--PAK hardliner Muslim fundamentalists and separatists of Kashmir valley and they are neither elected nor recognized by the general masses of the state .Hence, Hurriyat has no legitimacy to talk or decide the future of the people of state, which include people of Jammu, Ladakh, Kashmiri Pandits, Shias, Sikhs, Gujjars and others..He said that a small section or a group of people can not re--shape the future of Kashmir, which has already been decided. |
