Court grants bail to 21 activists of Dukhtaran-e-Millat 11/12/2015 11:47:29 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, Nov 12: A local court today granted bail to twenty one (21) activists of Dukhtaran-e-Millat headed by woman separatist leader Asiya Andrabi. When the petition was taken up here today, Forest Magistrate Bashir Ahmad Munshi today granted bail and directed their release against bail bond and sureties. Pertinent to mention that these 21 activists including a minor were arrested near Nowhatta here to prevent them from marching towards TRC ground, the venue for "million march" called by hardliner Hurriyat Conference Chairman Syed Ali Geelani to counter Prime Minister Narendra Modi rally on November 7. Police had registered a case under FIR (94/2015) u/s 147, 148, 149 and 188 RPC and 13 Unlawful Activities Act for marching towards TRC and allegedly carrying Pakistani flags and shouting pro-freedom slogans.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
