Speedy truck mauls minor girl, driver held 11/12/2015 11:47:38 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 12: A minor girl was crushed by a speedy truck at National Highway Jakh, last evening. Police have registered a case in this regard and arrested driver of truck. "The deceased has been identified as Lakshmi daughter of Bharat Rattan resident of Jakh," Police sources said. They said that the accident occurred on Jammu-Pathankot National Highway at main Chowk Jakh under jurisdiction of Police Station Vijaypur when a speedy truck crushed eight years old girl late yesterday evening at about 6:30pm. "The critically injured Lakshmi was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu where she succumbed to her fatal injuries during treatment at 1:15am.
