Court rejects pre-arrest bail in murder attempt case 11/12/2015 11:50:05 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 12: Principal Sessions Judge Samba rejected the pre-arrest bail application of Yogeshwar Singh who was allegedly involved in attempt to murder case near Sitla Devi Mandir. After hearing Adv Rajeev Gupta for the accused person and Public Prosecutor Bhupinder Singh Charak for the State, the Principal Sessions Judge Samba observed that custodial of interrogation is required to effect of recovery of weapon and to ascertain his involvement in the criminal conspiracy in attempt to murder of the complainant and allegations are of serious nature, it can be said that the grounds reflected in the objections oppose grant of pre-arrest bail. With these observations Court rejected the bail application. According to police case on July 26, 2015 complainant Narinder Singh had gone to pay obeisance in the temple and while coming back one car stopped in front of him five six persons attacked on him for trying to kill him and left on spot him in pool of blood and also stole away two mobiles of the complainant.
