Jammu, Nov 12: To train the civilians in dealing with emergency situations like disasters and helping people, five days basic civil defence training programme organized at New Plot.
The camp was organized by Rajinder Kumar (Civilian) at New Plot, Jammu, in which 35 civilians participated. The training camp organized under the able guidance of Additional Director General of Police HG, Civil Defence and SDRF, J&K and close supervision of Tajinder Kour, Dy. Controller Civil Defence, Jammu.
She highlighted the needs of Civil Defence, the main aim of the training programme to facilitate the civilians with regard to preventive history of Civil Defence and importance of Earth Quake, Fire Fighting, First Aid and Floods. |
