Jammu Dec 16: In a circular issued today, Registrar General MK Hanjura also has ordered the nine Judicial Officers, who have attained or attaining the age of 50 and 55 years and have been found fit and eligible for continued utility as Judicial Officers as intended by Rules 21 and 24 of the Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service Rules, 2009.
The order said that the nine Judicial Officers who have been found fit and eligible for continued utility include Inder Singh Principal Sessions Judge Rajouri, Mohammad Ali Khan Principal Sessions Judge Shopian, Pawan Dev Kotwal Registrar Supreme Court of India, Sham Lal Lalhal 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Srinagar, Kousar Ahmed Qureshi PO J&K Labour and Industrial Tribunal, Mohd Yousaf Wani Presiding Officer MACT, SC Kattal Additional Sessions Judge Kathua and Virender Singh Bhau Additional Sessions Judge Pulwama.
