Superintendent Doda hospital violates HC order Abid Hassan 12/16/2015 10:51:47 PM Early Times Report Doda, Dec 16: Medical superindent District Hospital Doda Mohammad Yahoo Mir and Dy Gen Manager JKPCC unit 9th Doda have violated a High Court order issued on 8 December 2015 . Ajmal Hussain Natnoo owner of New Mehran Medical Hall Near New District Hospital Doda claimed that he has been permitted by Chief Medical Officer Doda to provide 24 hour services in the Hospital vide his office letter no:- 74 order no :-6568 Dated 03-04-2013. He said that still no tenders for shops have been invited but Medical superintendent and Manager JKPCC unit 9th Doda has constructed a boundary wall in front of the shop and closed the shop. Owner of the Medical shop Ajmal Hussain Natnoo has moved the case in High Court Jammu for seeking relief that untill tenders for shops at New District Hospital Doda are invited, his shop should not be closed by boundary wall. The court directed that the boundry walls will be sought to be raised by the respondents at the distance of 4 feet away from the shop of the petitioner. The petitioner shall be free to sell medicines from the shop and the petitioner shall be allowed to participate in the bid process and would be considered for allotment of shop in the District Hospital   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
