| Not to seek a writ for national safety | | | Er. Jitender Kohli
The Indian society is so unlucky to find every parliament session disturbed by the parliamentarians exchanging corruption and misappropriations allegations from public exchequer and illegal implication of the powers. The entire session either is wasted in turning it to fish market or dodging by absenting shouting in well or staging walkouts. The smooth session for a day or two if at all conducts the business is made to shift bills for the next session.
Frustrated congress leadership finding its scandals exposed and being tried in the honourable court of law have took parliament houses to ransom on one after one false allegations which were exposed as a bitter lie. Congress comes each morning with one or two fake allegations and spoil the whole day of parliament business by shouting, demonstrating in well, throwing torn papers on speaker, showing backs to PM, using all filthy language against PM in person, the allegations fizzle out and they leave the house as walking out for next day's drama. The honourable deputy speaker on 15th instant asked the shouting congressmen in the well what they want and what they say, but the congressmen continued shouting instead of telling their want. It makes everyone to understand that they had nothing to say not to demand as they were simply wasting the parliament time as may be directed or demanded by the mother-son combination of the congress heads.
The Herald case, land scandal of son-in-law, exposure of other scandals of congress period at different stages are haunting the Nehru-Gandhi family mind so desperate to get these shut. It is more hurting as this family has turned habitual to govern. This family can't live without power and congress can't live without this family. This combination has turned a chronic political decease for the nation.
Some of the congress stalwarts wanted to make congress free from this family as in 1977, Brahmananda Reddy, Devraj Urs, Siddhartha Shankar Ray, Y.B. Chavan and Sharad Pawar had expelled Indira Gandhi from the congress party. She was also debarred for the political activities by the Honourable Court of land but she imposed emergency across the country by suspending the constitution. The political survival of Indira Gandhi has perhaps encouraged Sonia and her team to hold nation on ransom through parliament houses. Unfortunately they are not visualizing the present time which is broadly different of that period. Nation can't be taken on ransom without answering to society and law of the land. But this confusion of keeping past congress led UPA success as granted has made them to falsely allege, abuse, accuse PM in person turning to their habit.
This can be further analyzed by the utterances of Arvind Kejriwal Delhi CM, creation of congress, who used all indecent words for national PM. This is either his habit like a street boy or this may be one part of his character making to leave his training, service, 49 days first tenure as Delhi CM or he is always in haste to cry without knowing the facts and understanding the national constitutional precedence. One can recall when he created a ugly scene on the case of his fraud degrees of his law Minister and when it was proved Kejriwal somersaulted projecting himself being cheated by that ex-Minister. Now he is issuing clean chits to officer of his office without examining the allegations raised by the CBI. Has Kejriwal securitized his background before adjusting in his office? Both he has not done, but took him on some other grounds to adjust in his office? He can't justify or hide this under his fake cry. His entire government machinery is there to protect him and to make its political cheap popularity abusing and insulting the national PM.
On the working of congress led UPA in and outside parliament and Kejriwal using worst language in national political history has made the society to think seriously over this alarming situation created to stall the national development at every stage at any cost.
Society is bound to ponder over that who can ask the parliament financial section to deduct the daily premium from those parliamentarians who stall the houses business? Can anyone know if the daily allowance is deducted from the late, walking out and absenting parliamentarian from the house business? Can somebody tell if the regular absentee is questioned? Can the law authority of the house intimate if the absence is punishable under the constitutional umbrella? Can somebody tell if the parliamentarian doesn't fall under the public servant frame of the constitution? Can the law forming core educate if these parliamentarians have different code of conduct and service rules making free from indiscipline conduct in the house and absence is permitted? Can the authorities tell that the parliamentarians are free to use any foul language for anyone including PM and may be in future for Honourable President of nation? Under which law the party leader uttering un-parliament language, outside the house gets scot free if the concerned party announces his utterances as his own views? If such statements are in contradiction to the party ideology, will the concerned party tell if they take some action against such defaulter? Is there any constitutional provision permitting someone to invite the other nation to topple the present national government to stall their political party? Is there a law to authorize politicians to curse, abuse and make false allegations on the PM of the nation which proves as a lie on the same day are not to tried under the law of land? Can a CM ask national PM to seek apology from him on flimsy allegations?
If this indecency of the political leaders is not checked by the concerned agencies who are constituted to implement the Indian constitution in spirit, the society expects the Honourable Apex Court of the land to view it seriously as she is not bound to seek someone to file a writ for safety of nation and national society its being to hold constitution for justice.
