HC restrains SSB from finalising selection process | Alleged mass copying in SSB exams | | Early Times Rport Jammu, Jan 11: In the alleged incidents of mass copying, cheating and mismanagement at various examination centres set up in different districts of the state for various government posts, high court vacation judge Janak Raj Kotwal today directed SSB not to finalise the selection process before the next date of hearing. The court directive came in a petition seeking the cancellation of examination conducted on December 25, 2015 for various state and district cadre posts due to alleged mass copying. A fresh examination has also been sought. Justice Kotwal, after hearing the petitioner's counsels, issued notice to the chief secretary, chairman of SSRB and SSB secretary returnable within four weeks. He also directed that the selection process be not finalised before the next date of hearing.
