| PDP leader files complaints against Ban Toll Plaza | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 11: People Democratic Party, leader Choudhary Sudarshan today filed a complaint against Ban Toll Plaza here today.
According to press release, a senior leader expressed his shock when he received a slip bearing No.1904 (Single journey) by BAN Toll Plaza(Nagrota) on Sunday without date, time, vehicle Registration number and type of vehicle.
He alleged that a complete loot and plunder is going on, at this toll post and said that the existing practice is highly objectionable and condemnable. "Receipts issued by them are totally fraud. It may suit for minting money. It is suggested by Choudhary that a proper record of all the vehicles be made which can be helpful for verifying the crossing of this Plaza at the time of any eventuality", he alleged.
Choudhary appealed to the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) to take stern action against the officials who gave wrong receipt in which there is no mention the date and fee. |
