Civil Defence training programme commences 1/11/2016 11:31:43 PM Early Times Report RAMBAN, Jan 11 : A five days basic Civil Defence training course started at ITI Gool under the supervision of Dy. SP Civil Defence Ramban Mohammad Amin Bhat. Training instructor interacted with students of different levels and explained to them the various aspects of disaster management with a lively interactive session and making them aware of their role in the event of any man made or natural calamities or disasters.
