Kupwara-Tanghdar Route to Remain open Between 8 AM to 6 PM 1/20/2016 11:05:43 PM Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Jan 20: Additional District Magistrate Kupwara Wednesday issued an order regarding traffic movement on the Kupwara-Tanghdar route where vehicular movement will be allowed to ply only between 8 am to 6 pm. The order informs the general public particularly residents of Tehsil Karnah that in case of emergency the vehicles will be permitted to ply after getting prior permission from Station House Officer Kralpora and Karnah.
