NCP welcome Governor's statement over security related affairs | | | Jammu, Jan 20: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Thakur Randhir Singh today has welcomed the statement of N N Vohra, Governor in which he focused on separate ministry to handle security related affairs and including Ranbir Penal Code under NIA Act. According to press release, Singh said in a statement that he strongly supported practical suggestions of J&K Governor who is well known administrator. He has also supported another good suggestion of N N Vohra of including Ranbir Penal Code (RPC) under NIA act which he took up at the 7th foundation day of the NIA. Two practical suggestions separate Ministry to handle security related affairs with separate cadre of specialized officers to man it. Singh said his native village Ghati has faced so many terrorist attacks killing many youth of his village in 2005 when a Army brigade from Mamoon was moved. NCP has condemned the role of BJP's Education Minister Smriti Irani, Labour Minister Bandaru Dattareya and Vice Chancellor Hyderabad Central University on the suicide of Dalit PhD research scholar Rohit Bemula, a son of a widow tailor . |
