| BHADERWAH, Feb 29: Government Degree College (GDC) Bishnah in collaboration with the Tehsil Legal Services Committee (TLSC) organized an essay competition on the topic 'Fundamental Duties' wherein twelve speakers from the college took part and shared their views. Archana Charak Munsif Bishnah being the chief guest of the event addressed the students to utilize their precious time for implementing the fundamental duties in their daily life. Earlier, Principal of the college Prof KR Sharma welcomed the chief guest and the team including Anil Saini, Prosecuting Officer, DK Singh Retainer Advocate, Rajni Bala, Renu and Suman.
