JKLADCS holds appeals govt to implement High Court order 3/16/2016 10:58:23 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 16: A joint meeting of the representatives of Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh, All Departments Clerical Staff Association was held at Jammu under the chairmanship of Babu Hussain Malik, State President of the Association including Bharat Bushan Sharma, Javeed Akhoon, K. A. Dewani, Meenakshi Sharma and others to discuss the future course of action after the landmark judgement of the High Court of J&K at Jammu in which the High Court directed the state government to remove the pay anomalies/disparities of clerical cadre of all the departments in a writ petition filed by the members of the Association. All the representatives in one voice welcomed the newly formed employees union of Clerical Cadre in District Samba which includes Balwan Singh District President, Tarsem Raj Senior Vice President, Vijay Sharma Vice President, Basant Singh Gen. Secretary and others. All the representatives in one voice appealed to the government to implement the orders of the High Court vide SWP No. 3058/2015, M.P.
