POONCH, Mar 16: Shahid Manjeet Singh Volleyball Club Poonch, in collaboration with District Police organized an exhibition match in the memory of Shaheed (DySP) Manjeet Singh at Government Degree College Ground here.
Played between Shaheed Manjeet Singh Club and District Police Poonch wherein former emerged winner making it 3-0 (25-14, 25-17 and 25-12). Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Mohd Harun Malik was chief guest while SSP Poonch, Jatinder Singh Johar was guest of honour.
Prominent among those present included DySP DAR, Mohd Rafi Giri, Sagar Singh (DySP Chakan-da-Bagh), Pardeep Khanna, Taj Mir, Sajad Khan, Inspector Jatinder Raina, SHO PS Poonch, Narjeet Singh, Incharge District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Narinder Singh. Later, vote of thanks presented by chairman Shaheed Manjeet Singh Club, Mohd Tariq. |
