Dog found inside operation theatre, government orders inquiry 3/16/2016 11:48:03 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, Mar 16: Government has ordered an inquiry into a dog entering an operation theatre in south Kashmir district of Kulgam here.Deputy Commissioner, Kulgam, Dr Syed Abid Rasheed Shah said that Additional Deputy Commissioner has been appointed to inquiry into the incident.The inquiry has been ordered after a photograph appeared on social media showing a dog sitting on a table in an operation theatre in government hospital. Another dog was seen moving inside the hospital.Dr Shah said that stern action would be taken against the officials who will be found guilty.He also said he has directed the hospital administration to take immediate measures to stop entry of any animal in the hospital. This is a very serious lapse and action will be taken by the government against officials who are found to have failed to do their duty.
