Ramban, June 9: Jammu and Kashmir SC/SF/OBC Development Corporation Limited, Ramban organised one day awareness camp for its target Group persons viz SCs, SFS, OBCs, Physically challenged persons and Safaikaramcharies/Scavengers in Panchayat Rakh-Jagrok in Tehsil Batote of Ramban District. The camp was organised to reach and identify the genuine, deserving and needful persons of the target "group to provide them financial assistance for setting up their own small income generating units to supplement their existing income. Large number of persons from Panchayat (Male/Female) among the target group and Panches, Naib Sarpanches and Sarpanches participated in the camp. Application forms free of cost distributed among the target group persons. Naveen Kumar District Manager, Ramban gave comprehensive knowledge about the schemes of the Corporation available for the eligible target group persons. Naveen Kumar narrated that J&K SC/SF/OBC Dev Corporation in collaboration with its National level Corporations like NSFDC, NSFFDC, NBCFDC, NSKFDC and NHFDC launched different schemes for the target group persons and is making available financial assistance/soft loans at a very concessional rate of interest. |
