Municipality fails in curbing menace of stray cattle 6/9/2016 11:43:33 PM Rajesh Tandon Early Times Report Rajouri, June 9: Municipal Committee Rajouri has turned a utter failure as it has completely failed in curbing the menace of stray cattle in the main town. Increasing number of stray cattle has crowded the roads of the main town as the civic authorities are unable to curb the menace. Locals alleged that cattle often are seen strolling across roads creating inconvenience to the drivers and free movement of vehicular traffic but the Municipal Committee lacking human resources besides other sources has failed to tackle the menace. "It has been observed that loads of dung is littered at every nook and corner of the city which not only gives untidy look to the Rajouri town but also create foul smell emitting all around.
