POONCH, June 9: National Food Security Act (NFSA) implementation has annoyed the consumers in Poonch district as the locals from many areas of Mandi, Surankote, Mendhar, Balakote, Mankote and Haveli expressed their resentment over Revenue Department, Rural Development Department and CAPD department.
Rinku Sawhney of Mendhar, Mohd Abbas of Surankote, Ghulam Mohd of Poonch, Javid Iqbal of Mandi and many others said that many souls are left out of the ration card lists. Mohd Sadiq of Fatapur said, his son Mehmood is of the age of forty whose name is not available in any revenue record. People said that the people are suffering a lot as no department is acting in a responsible manner. |
