JKTWA appeal govt to introduce smart classes in schools 3/11/2015 12:32:17 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 10: J&K Teacher's Welfare Association urged Education Minister Nayeem Akhter to introduce smart classes system in Govt. Primary and Elementary Schools from the next academic year. According to press release, President TWA Jasmeet Singh Madaan urged the Education Minister to adopt at least one Primary and one Middle School in each zone in J&K State on experimental basis and introduce Smart Class System with full-fledged infrastructure and complete hygienic facility.
