Early Times Report Kathua, Feb 15: The 5th Matushri Inter - School Debate Competition 2016 on the topic "In the opinion of the house, "Qualified Legislators shall be conducive for Democracy and Good Governance" today held at Dogra Law College. According to press release, 18 participants from different Schools of the Jammu and Samba District participated in the contest. Prerna Nanda Librarian, Dogra College of Education, Poonam Gupta, Principal Dogra Degree College and Sunil Sharma, Lecturer Dogra Law College were the Jury members. Sarah Irshad from Delhi Public School bagged the First prize, Second prize was won by Seerat Sharma from Presentation Convent School while the Third prize was won by Dipinder Deep Bhatt from K.C. International School. The running trophy was won by K.C. International School. Samar Dev Singh Charak, Secretary Dogra Educational Trust, Gambhir Singh Charak, Member Trustee were also present on the occasion. |
