Father, son duo 'hijacks' JKBOSE office Kishtwar

Kishtwar, Feb 15: In an act of harassment to general public and particularly to the students and the teaching community, the father, son due posted in office of Assistant Secretary Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education Jammu (JKBOSE) Kishtwar are harassing the visitors who visited the office in the need of hour, beside faces the wrath of this father-son duo who are not only abuse the visitors, but also misbehaved with many people.
As per the details available with "Early Times", Father Mohammad Ramzan Mingnoo and his son Mushtaq Ahmed resident of Sounder Dachhan are enjoying the patronage of senior officials of the department and are working as per its will and whips in the department since last several years and are allegedly charging extra money for examination forms of 10th and 12th class which cost Rs. 5 while they sell it at the cost of Rs. 10, RR Yellow Card had Re 1 value fixed by the board is being allegedly sold for Rs. 10, 15 or 20, beside they also indulge in charging extra money for other works.
To verify the allegations, Early Times inquired from the people who today visited the board offices and found majority of the allegations against the father-son duo as genuine. Many people complaint that even a small work takes several days to get done added that Assistant Secretary JKBOSE too fail to curtail the powerful and influential father-son due who managed their posting in Kishtwar for last 10 years with transfer for shortest period.
The sources said Mohammad Ramzan was transferred to Gandoh, but within few months, he mange his transfer back to Kishtwar and is posted at Kishtwar since then similarly his son was first posted in Kishtwar in the year 1999 and was transfer to central office Darbar move duty in 2005 and was again posted at Kishtwar in 2012 where he continues till date.
When the matter was brought into the notice of chairmen BOSE Zahoor Ahmed Chat showed his ignorance over the posting of father-son duo in JKBOSE Office Kishtwar and assured action against them.
