Kishtwar, Mar 18: The government of Jammu and Kashmir today placed 12 Senior Panchayat inspectors as incharge Block Development Officers with immediate effect and also allotted them the blocks releiving 12 BDOs from additional charges. As per the Govt order No: 100 of RD&PR of 2016 with endorsement No. RD&PR/Estt/Gaz/24/2016-11 dated 18/3/2016 issued by Secretary to Government Department of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, the twelve Panchayat Inspectors with Grade 1 and Headquarter Assistant has been placed as as incharge BDOs. Among the posted as I/C BDOs include Arifa Nasreenb (Gund Ganderbal), Viaso Devi (Narsoo, Udhampur), Mehmooda Begum (Daili Udhanpur Doda), Sushila Sharma (Trigam, Kishtwar), Safiya Begum ( Thakrie, Kishtwar), Nazir Ahmad RBA (Bhoond Kathua), Rishi Kumar (Kastigarh Doda), Mohammad Ashraf (Lungnak Kargil), Mohammad Abdullah (Behibagh, Kulgam), Mohammad Ayoob Mir (Veerinag Anantnag), Naseem Geelani (Nobra Leh) & Bashir Ahmad Khan (Zanskar, Kargil. As per the order, all the promotee will work in their own pay and grade purely on temporary bases against available vacancies till the posts are filled up on regular bases by the DPC/PSC and shall not confer any preferential right on them to claim promotion on substantive bases which shall be considered by the DPC/PSC as per rule. |
