REASI, June 5: Two days 11th District Reasi Open Fencing (boys and girls) Championship, organised by District Fencing Association, got underway at Amba Kids Home Panthal, here.
The event, wherein around 100 fencers are taking part, was declared open by Vikram Singh amidst colourful cultural performances by the students of host institution.
Prominent among others present were Principal Amba Kids Home Panthal, Ashwani Katoch, Ajay Vashist, Abdul Rashid, Vaneet Panjogtra, Rajay Kumar and Chahat Singh.
Opening day competition was officiated by the technical penal including Hardeep Bhagat, Anoop Jyoti, Rohit and Rajan Prashar.
