6/6/2016 12:16:43 AM
Early Times Report

Jammu, June 5: The State Chairman J&K Human Rights Watch BL Kapoor expressed concern over the attack on security forces repeatedly by militant and demanded befitted reply to them.
Kapoor further said that Amarnath Yatra is target of militants which is a matter of highest concern and cannot be taken lightly though the Director General of Border Security Force (DGBSF) has said that full security have been arranged by BSF and the target of militant on the yatris would be foiled.
The DGP BSF also said that the yesterday attack of militant on security forces was not a specific attack but random attack. The militants have made their mind to attack on security forces and amaranth yatries and this cannot be presumed that the militant attack are random attacks and the amaranth yatra would be incident free.
