Health Camp organized at DC office Samba 6/7/2016 10:49:12 PM Early Times Report SAMBA, June 7 : District Administration Samba organized a health camp at DC office complex for the employees and their families. About 100 participants underwent the Bone Densitometry Test and were provided consultation by the concerned doctors. Assistant Professor Ortho, Dr Bias Dev, GMC informed about Osteoporosis and its prevention. He stressed on importance of regular exercise while avoiding sedentary lifestyle and consumption of alcohol and tobacco. He also emphasized upon taking a diet rich in Calcium and Vitamin D.
