Son of soil is new IT Jt Commissioner of Jammu, Srinagar 6/7/2016 11:30:24 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, June 7: SK Sharma, son of the soil, has taken over as new joint commissioner of income tax (IT) for Jammu and Srinagar ranges. Before his posting here, he was IT joint commissioner at Bareilli in Uttar Pradesh. He has served in various parts of the country in different capacities.
