Poonch, June 7: Leaders of National Conference unit of Poonch today decried the crisis of basic amenities during Ramzan and also termed the absence of local MLA from house yesterday during demand of grants as a major surprise and unfortunate for the Poonch segment.
Addressing a press conference NC leader of Poonch said that holy month of Ramzan has started but there is severe crisis of basic amenities in Poonch which will put people in severe problems in upcoming days of fasting.
"Government is unmoved to the problems which especially include crisis of power" NC leaders said. The further termed the absence of MLA Poonch from assembly yesterday as unfortunate. "Demand of Grants are going on in house and issues of various vital government Department are under discussion but our MLA is missing from house", NC leaders said. Poonch district is facing severe shortage of basic health facilities and presence of local MLA in house is too important so that he can put forth the issues related but it's a big surprise that he is missing, they added. The NC leaders present in the press conference centre include Narinder Singh Talwar, Surjan Singh, Sarpanch Sarajdin, Chairman Sayeed Khurshid Shah, Ab Jabar Tantary, Shafeeq Baba, Sarpanch Manzoor Myer, Zahoo Khan, Raju Thakur, Dave Sharma, Mickey and Bashir Ahmed. |
