I am on study leave, says PSI 6/7/2016 11:32:09 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 7: While the whispering within police circle is on regarding illegal stay of the PSI in New Delhi, the said PSI claimed that he is on leave to pursue his studies. The PSI said that he went to the New Delhi to pursue his higher studies right after he was shifted to District Special Branch (DSB). The said PSI came on limelight after his audio clipping went on viral in which some giving and taking of Rs 13 lakh could be heard.
