AJKSPA flays Government for not releasing DA

jammu, Mar 12: All Jammu and Kashmir State Pensioners Association (AJKSPA) today flayed state government for not releasing 10 percent DA.
According to press release, Association chairman Madan Lal Abrol said that the state government has not released 10 percent DA with January 2014 and 7 percent DA from July 2014, 6 percent pending from January 2009- July 2009.
He further said that previous month association hold demonstration infront of governor house and the Excellency assured the pensioners DA and installment of 6 pay commission will be released in days but unfortunate the Government has not release the DA till date.
Meanwhile he further said that state government was not serious to solve the problem of the pensioners. The other demands like enhancedment of medical allowance from Rs. 300 to 1000 per month.
He demanded that 50 percent DA should be merge with the basic pension. All the leaders criticized the Government for not releasing the DA and other State pension benefits.
Yash Paul Sansan, Raj Kumar Basnathia, Mulkh Raj Sharma, Harbans Singh, Mohd. Shafi, Joginder Kumar, M.L Sharma and Bushan Pargal were also present on the occasion.
