Would BJP observe July 13 as black day? | | | Jammu, July 12: Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on Sunday evening issued a statement paying rich tributes to the July 13, 1931 martyrs and described them as "brave heroes" who laid down their lives against suppression and autocracy. By praising the July 13, Martyrs the PDP patron and the Chief Minister has made it clear that PDP leaders won't toe the BJP's line and would go ahead with its own ideology. The Chief Minister making the first move has put the BJP in tight spot as before joining the power BJP used to observe July 13 as "black day" now it remains to be seen whether the Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh and his other colleagues would take to streets on Monday to observe July 13 as black day or not. Would BJP leaders take part in sit in dharna outside Raj Bhawan or press club premises? Several Kashmiri pandit organisations also join the sit in dharna and observe it as 'black day in the history of state politics as people belonging to the minority community in Kashmir were subjected to loot and arson and atrocities were allegedly committed against them during unrest in the valley.
