Kathua, July 12, Swaraj Abhiyan,Jammu Kashmir has developed from the boom of Movement against Corruption and its one of the important agenda is against corruption. The move of Crime Branch under unprincipled coalition of BJP-PDP is under compultion a unexpected step on the nexus of another 'vayapum' in Jammu Kashmir. It is scandal of multi crores,these so-called nationalist as owner of these institutions of teaching who producing a force of teachers but with the orientation of Corruption, de-moralism and valueless approach.
Crime Branch should investigate not only economical corruption, but the agency should also thrash out every aspect of corruption of moral values. It was most shocking state of affair in Jammu Kashmir ,once Kathua Town was talk of the Town even other adjoining states of Nation
Regarding level of corruption and our degradation of cultural values due to these educationist. If Crime Branch will work honestly ,it is bigger than MP,Vayapum' it has roots not in JK but also out of the state.Innocent public has been looted and exploited in all aspects. I D Khajuria, Convenor, Swaraj Abhiyan Jammu Kashmir and Member, 'National Steering Committee', Swaraj Abhiyan, said that a hope has arisen that the will of govt. will adopt all methods to eradicate corruption, and people may not have need of demand of CBI.
I D Khajuria futher demanded that Crime Branch should also investigate another Land Scandal in Kathua, In 1965, Social welfare department purchased more than 200 kanals of land pieces at Korponnu, Chsack Haria, Jhandi, Pathwal Marheen, Sallan (Hiranagar ) and Kathua proper, Nagri, Mearth etc.for allotment to the Scheduled Caste for housing. But still the concerned pieces of land has not taken over by the distrct authorities and the same are illegally encroached by the influncial person and authorities are hand in globe with the encroachers.
In 2006 I had been admitted a PIL in the Hon'ble High Court and got orders in 2012 infavour of people and district authorities were asked to vacate the land and allot to the deserving scheduled castes for housing.
But till this moment the land pieces are under illegal Encraocher which is also a scandal of crores over crores. |
