ADC Kishtwar inaugurates 2 day Education Rendezvous

Kishtwar, July 12: Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Mohammad Hanief Malik today inaugurated 2 days Education Rendezvous at Tourist Reception Center Kishtwar wherein free career guidance and on spot admission were provided to several students through direct counseling in various reputed colleges of the country.
As per the details available with "Early Times", on the initiative of local social and political activist Mohammad Umar Malik in collaboration with Gian Jyoti group of Institute and other leading professional colleges offered admission to students of Kishtwar in various professional colleges with the aim to save the carrier of the hundreds of students who were duped by various non registered and fake colleges.
While talking to "Early Times" coordinator of 2 days Education Rendezvous 2015 Mohammad Umar Malik said that the aim and objective of organizing 2 days Education Rendezvous at Kishtwar is a kind of initiative to promote quality education in Chenab valley and the sole intent behind this initiative to enlighten the students of those areas which they do not have complete access to correct information pertaining to many professional courses and subsequent carrier paths. He said that as a part of the initiative, several professional colleges were invited at Kishtwar with further involvement of various reputed personalities of the area.
While talking to "Early Times", ADC Kishtwar Mohammad Hanief Malik hails the initiative of young Umar Malik for arranging 2 days Education Rendezvous for students of Kishtwar District and assured all possible help to him in future as well for organizing this type of program. He said that administration will keep track on students who will get admission in these colleges so that feedback from the selected candidates could prove helpful for organizing similar programs in future.
On this occasion more than 400 students assembled for the admission and these more than 50 students got assured admission in these professional colleges including in B.Tech (All branches), BBA, BCA, LLB, Dental College and other courses. More candidates are likely to find admission in various courses tomorrow.
The program was attended by senior army officials, officials of District Administration, Police, Social activists and several others. The people of Kishtwar and parents in general hail the initiative of organizing Education Rendezvous free of cost at Kishtwar.
